It all began with an American ex=pat journalist looking to give a month-old kitten a home and realising how limited her options were to find it a home. Since February 2025, ISARO connected people with local rescuers, foster homes, vet services, adopters and a lot of love. Allah teaches everyone to treat pets as if they were humans. We also only use local businesses, so helping an animal directly benefits the people in Iraq trying to rebuild their country. Please donate here regularly or set up once a month.
