Blue has had a major haircut, but all he now needs is pet passport to travel to the EU, UK, GCC or US, which ISARO providers can furnish in exchange for their fees. To remain in Iraq, Blue needs a safe, loving home, and sterilisation. Vet fees not included but at a reduced price. Assistance available.
