Blue was outside Phoenix Vet Care wandering around and was picked up by Ibrahim, the chief vet, in Central Baghdad. He currently under his care at Phoenix. Blue has had a major haircut, but needs vaccines, a chip, a blood test and a pet passport to travel to the EU, UK, GCC or US, which ISARO providers can furnish in exchange for their fees. To remain in Iraq, Blue needs a safe, loving home, vaccines, a chip and sterilisation. Vet fees not included but at a reduced price. Assistance available.
